Donna Air
DONNA Air was born in Newcastle upon Tyne, where she attended Gosforth High School. She got her big break as a child star in the popular TV series Byker Grove.
She left the hit TV series to pursue a singing career, but returned to acting and TV presenting, appearing in movies The One and Only, Still Crazy, and The Mummy Returns, as well as a number of TV parts. She has appeared on the London stage in The Vagina Monologues.
In addition to her acting and music career, Donna Air also set up her own company, Airhead Productions.
She has one daughter, Freya, from her relationship with Damian Aspinal.
